Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed for shipping and cannot be modified.
How should I wash my OVRN clothing?
To keep your pieces looking fresh:
- Wash inside out
- Use cold water
- Do not tumble dry if possible
- Avoid ironing directly on prints
This helps maintain the print quality, shape, and fabric life.
Please also refer to your washing label as some items may vary in instructions.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
To start a return, contact our support team with your order number.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- UK: 2–5 business days
- International: 5–10 business days
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you restock sold out items?
Most OVRN drops are limited, which means once items sell out they may not restock.
For the none limited drops, items will remain available and often restocked.
